Wunderschön gelegene Unterkunft
Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder... dann nehmen wir direkt das Mückenspray mit, denn das Haus und die Umgebung sind herrlich, nur die Mücke hat etwas genervt. Aber due Klimaanlage und die wunderschöne Aussicht aus dem großen Esszimmer machten dies wieder gut.

excellent sejour
emplacement idéal surpomblant la mer . Tout a proximité a pied, embarcadére pour toulon,supérette,plage de galet . la location a toutes les commodités et la vue est splendide .Les quelques petits defauts n enlévent en rien le fait d avoir passé 2 semaines tres satisfaisantes. c est avec plaisir que nous pourrions y revenir.

Maison avec vue exceptionnelle sur la mer.
Nous avons passés un excellent sejour en famille avec notre chien, maison très bien située à proximité du port et ses restaurants(à pieds). Plage de gros gallets en dessous de la maison sympa mais interdite aux chiens, nous avons pu en trouver une à plage à quelques km de la maison en voiture.

calme et déconnexion face à la mer
1 semaine dans cette charmante petite maison. vue à couper le souffle depuis la terrasse ou la véranda. Accès rapide à la plage et le sentier du littoral. Propriétaires très sympathiques et soucieux du bien être des locataires. J'y retournerais avec plaisir.

Séjour au calme avec vue exceptionnelle sur la Méditerranée
Un séjour apaisant, au calme sur les hauteurs de St Mandrier, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la Méditerranée…un logement confortable, une terrasse incroyable avec une vue de rêve …. Les propriétaires adorables, toujours prêts à rendre service. Un séjour parfait avec la météo au rdv pour ce week end prolongé de l’ascension … je recommande 👍👍👍

Ausblick und Ruhe
Der Aufenthalt war super. Sauber und viel Platz sich mit der Familie am großen Tisch zu entfalten, drinnen wie draußen (mit Gasgrill). Der Ausblick macht sogar schlechtes Wetter noch angenehm. Abseits in einer Sackgassenstraße hat man himmlische Ruhe (bis auf seltene Übungen des Militärs (bei uns nur 2x in 7 Tagen vormittags bei Regen)) - aber ehrlich, trotz Militär, wunderbar ruhig. Die Vorsorgemaßnahmen gegen Stechmücken im Haus haben toll funktioniert (es gibt dort aber nicht mehr Stechmücken wie anderswo). Unser Ford Focus hat gut in die Garage gepasst (Rückwärts parken) und war jeden Tag schön kühl. Die beiden Damen (Gastgeberin per Mail und Check-In/-Out-Dame vor Ort) waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für den herrlichen Urlaub

fantastischer Blick
Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhig einer Sackgasse. Hunde sind sehr willkommen, Näpfe stehen bereit und ein wunderbarer kleiner Gassiweg direkt am Meer entlang beginnt 150m weiter! Die beiden Badezimmer gehen ineinander über.

Séjour très agréable
La maison est agréable, fonctionnelle et très bien située. La vue mer est magnifique. Saint Mandrier une petite ville calme et présente des petits commerces de proximité. La maison est à 10 minutes maximum de 2 plage de galets ( dont une surveillée) , le chemin du littoral est accessible très rapidement et permet de rejoindre les "hauteurs" de Saint Mandrier et de profiter de beaux points de vue. La voiture n'est pas utile sur place , elle peut rester dans le garage mais reste indispensable pour sortir de la presque île ( ou prendre la navette maritime pour rejoindre Toulon). La maison est fraîche grâce aux climatiseurs présents dans les 2 chambres. Les deux salles d'eau sont basiques et pratiques ( elles sont en enfilade). Les équipements extérieurs sont parfaits ( barbecue, transat ...) . Le jardin en restanques est à l'arrière de la maison et propose des plantes méditerranéennes typiques. La communication avec les propriétaires et leur relais sur places est très bonne, tout a été fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. En résumé de bonnes vacances avec le soleil dans un environnement calme et apaisant. Merci pour ces deux belles semaines.

Un emplacement ideal
Vue sur mer imprenable, à moins de 10 mn a pied du petit port de Saint mandrier, sentier du littoral très sympa juste à côté. Bref nous recommandons vivement pour passer quelques jours de dépaysement total et au calme absolu. Maison fonctionnelle, bien équipée et terrasse avec vue plongeante sur la mer au top !

Superbe vue dans un environnement calme
Notre séjour s'est passé à merveille, merci à la propriétaire et à la dame qui nous a reçue pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Cette maison est très bien placée et offre une vue splendide, à couper le souffle. Boire son café ou dîner sur la terrasse est un pur bonheur. La maison a beaucoup de potentiel. Il ne manque que la piscine! Saint Mandrier est un village calme, à la sortie le quartier des Sablettes est beaucoup plus animé. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation et reviendrons avec plaisir.

un coin de paradis!
l'endroit idéal pour voir la vie en bleu! du bleu partout grâce aux grandes baies vitrées de la salle de séjour qui permettent de prendre les repas face à la mer. La terrasse aussi permet de faire de belles siestes à l'ombre grâce au store très pratique et aux transats sur lesquels on peut suivre les voiliers blancs à l'horizon ... le village est à 10mn à pied! le soleil était au rendez-vous, que demander de mieux? une ballade à toulon avec la navette pour faire les boutiques! bref, un week-end zen dans une bulle...

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick aufs Meer
Das Haus! liegt sehr ruhig und schön mit einem tollen Blick in die Bucht, die auch auf der ersten Seite des Prospekts dieser Gegend abgebildet ist. Die Terrasse ist groß und großzügig mit Mobiliar und einem Weber-Gasgrill ausgestattet. Das Doppelbett ist recht schmal und die Matratze sehr hart! in beiden Schlafzimmern sind gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen! Sehr angenehm! Die Bäder sind alt und nicht sehr schön. Die Ansprechpartnerin ist sehr nett, jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und kümmert sich bei Problemen sofort. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist an unserem Anreisetag um 04.45 Uhr gekommen, so dass wir sehr früh abfahren konnten. Sehr hilfsbereit!
