"I thought we had a two bedroom – it wasn’t. Two twin beds were pushed together (not a king bed!) and there was a pull-out couch. We ended up having to purchase another room for our adult son. The nicest staff member was the man at check-in — pleasant and friendly. Waitstaff in the restaurant were cold, aloof and it took forever just to be acknowledged once we were seated.
