Bien mais...
Appartement tres bien. Entree de garage tres tres etroit. Box non identifie difficilement repérable en utilisant l'entree voiture. Box tres petit une longue voiture ne peut pas y etre enfermee. Pas tres eclairé, on se cogne la tete sur l'étagère du fond. Fourniture : sac poubelle trop petit et erreur de taille sur les alaises jetables fournies Emplacement: Bien mais on entend bien le bruit de la circulation. Odeur de tabac froid dans l'appartement pourtant non fumeur. Prix un peu elevé.

Fonctionnel et pratique, mais quartier sans charme.
Résidence propre, appartement propre et fonctionnel, bien équipé (a l’exception de quelques bricoles , comme un couteau d’office ou un couteau à pain). A noter que la literie est très raide ! Quartier sans charme , toutefois a proximité de plusieurs magasins alimentaires. Facile d’accès, et à 5 minutes en voiture de Saint Malo intra-muros. Ça n’a clairement pas été un coup de global, mais il n’y a pas non plus de reproches majeur à faire a ce logement.

Appartement fonctionnel
Bel appartement bien situé à proximité d'un centre commercial, à 10mn de Saint Malo intra muros. Gros défaut : sa situation sur une passerelle au-dessus de la rue, avec une insonorisation moyenne ; plus le bar sur la place, qui peut générer du bruit à toute heure. Attention donc si vous avez le sommeil léger.
