We offer this charming 50 m² apartment with sea view, less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi (fiber optics), for rent in Saint-Malo. It can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 18 m² living room with TV and sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot.

The parking was also very convinient for those who travel by car. The flat was spacious, the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom all were decorated neatly and the flat was clean. The view from the kitchen and the living is nice, especially we enjoyed the view during the storm. My wife had to work from there for a day and internet was fast enough. Overall, very staisfied!"

Zuvor wurden uns bereits Informationen zum Apartment und zur Umgebung zugeschickt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war für uns perfekt: wenige Schritte bis zum Meer und nur ein kurzer Spaziergang in die Stadt. Supermarkt, eine nettes Café und mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der gleichen Straße. Internet hat auch gut funktioniert. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Ausblick vom Balkon. Wir würden das Apartment sofort wieder buchen."
