We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Malo, this charming apartment, at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² with a TV, a decorative fireplace, a sofa bed (double) and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine...
- A laundry room.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and storage space.
- A bathroom.
- Separate toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board.

The Outside :
there is a garden shared with the other owners. It is west facing and does not include any furniture. It is a relaxing space that can be pleasant for children, accompanied by their parents.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a shopping street of Saint Servan close to the ocean and 10 minutes walk from the city center. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Dinard located at 10 km (15 minutes by car).
- Cancale located at 16 km (23 minutes by car).
- The Mont-Saint-Michel located at 54 km (49 minutes by car).
- Rennes located at 68 km (50 minutes by car).

Activities :
- Beaches and walks : Protected from the wind and sunny, the beaches and charming creeks of Saint-Servan are ideal for families. On the beach of the bas-Sablons, below the theater square, you can have lunch or a drink at the "Bac'O Sablons" while your children play on the sand below.
We also recommend a walk along the corniche d'Aleth, the cradle of Saint-Malo with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral, or a little further on.
- Visits : The museums, the Cathedral, the tour of the ramparts, guided tours possible by contacting the tourist office located Porte St Vincent at the foot of the ramparts outside.
From the Place St Vincent you will find buses and coaches to all the districts of Saint-Malo as well as the little train for a commented historical visit of the city.
- A market on the St Servan square on Tuesdays and Fridays with halls where you will find fresh fish. A small oyster merchant is installed every Sunday on the Place Bouvet (theater square).

- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo train station located 1.6 km away (21 minutes on foot).
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport located 12 km away (15 minutes by car).
