Très bonne adresse pour poser ses bagages
Excellent séjour chez Romain. L'appartement est lumineux et fonctionnel. La salle de bain à était refaite, elle est très agréable. Code WiFi gratuit, vue mer de la chambre et du salon, proximité immédiate des commerces et de la plage du Sillon. Garage en sous sol extrêmement appréciable. Accueil par un service de conciergerie très agréable et accessible. Électroménager de base et suffisant. Très bonne literie. En bref tout est parfait, avec un léger bémol tout de même. On entend énormément les bruits de la rue plus bas, y compris la nuit et les portes fermées, ce qui peut être dérangeant si on a le sommeil léger. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour.

Wohnung sehr schön, praktisch wäre ein zweiter Nachttisch mit Licht zum Lesen im Schlafzimmer. Leider viel Verkehr auf der Straße, Fenster müssen nachts deshalb geschlossen sein.

Great apartment
We have been to St Malo several times. Stayed in the IBIS (VG) Hotel Jacques Cartier and a property in the Avenue de Fuentes. This apartment is ideal for us. Close to the beach, the centre and magificient views across the bay. We took some stunning photos of the sunsets. it will certainly be our first choice when we return to St Malo.

Schönes Appartment in zentraler Lage!
Im Appartment ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Durch die zentrale Lage ist man in 2 Minuten am Strand, in 2 Minuten beim Bäcker und Supermarkt und in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt von Saint Malo. Man braucht somit nicht permanent das Auto. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus, so dass man auch viele Ausflüge rund um Saint Malo ohne Auto machen kann. Tagsüber hört man natürlich die Strasse, aber nachts ist es trotzdem leise. Tiefgarenstellplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

For us who long ago lived in St. Malo (IM) this property gave us instant feeling of being ‘at home’ again - top ratings for the owner, his property, equipment, cleanliness and the agency receiving/giving back propert keys. Helles Appartement in toller Lage
Das Appartement ist wirklich toll gelegen, etwa 15-20 min. zur Innenstadt und in zweiter Reihe zum Strand. Da man im 4. Stock wohnt (mit Aufzug), blickt man über die Häuser direkt auf das Meer, zum Beispiel morgens mit einem Kaffee auf dem Balkon. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht. Auch Parken ist kein Problem, weil es einen Garagen-Stellplatz hat. Besonderes Gimmick: Überraschender Weise gab es auf Nachfrage auch Internet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, Nachfragen wie etwa nach den Internet-Zugangsdaten wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Super Lage, super schön eingerichtet, super Ausblick! Sauber und alles so wie auf den Bildern! Super zufrieden! Leider kein WLAN in der Wohnung, aber damit kann man leben. Und das französische Bett (1,40!) und eine große Bettdecke statt zwei ist nicht ganz unser Geschmack aber wohl landestypisch. Ein schöner Urlaub!

Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Ausstattung laut Beschreibung. Alles vorhanden. Meer in genau 100m. Bis zur Altstadt zu Fuß ca. 15 min. In unmittelbarer Nähe sehr gute Gaststätten.
