Renovated Breton stone house in the heart of Saint Malo close to train station, restaurants, shops, bicycle and car hire. It’s only a 13 minutes walk to Intra-Muros (old St Malo) and beaches.

Ground floor: toilets, open plan kitchen on a dining area and living room with flat screen. 18m2 Patio with garden furniture leading to a cabine with 2 bunk beds and laundry with washing machine and dryer
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90, 1 Bathroom with shower and a separate toilet
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 and 1 bathroom with shower and toilets

What a great location, and the perfect mix of character and comfort. Property manager incredibly helpful and generous, delicious bakery just around the corner, and the outdoor shower was handy with sandy kids!

Immaculately clean!
Absolutely beautiful, clean and modern. The location was excellent as well. The beds were comfortable and the towels large and fluffy. Everything was provided including garbage bags, soaps etc. The owner met us at the house and gave us clear explanations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt it was an excellent value for the money. There was a grocery store and a boulangerie very close by and lots of great restaurants. We would recommend “Le relais d’Alsace” around the corner.

Maison nickel et proche de tout
La maison est tres chaleureuse, propre avec tout le confort moderne. Les chambres sont chaleureuse est bien confortable, au niveau de la cuisine, vous ne manquerez pas d'ustensile tout y est (four traditionnel, micro onde, refregidaire et même tout un kit de patisserie. Par ailleurs la maison est proche des remparts (15 min a pieds), c'est un logement que je recommande, vous ne le regretterez pas.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end en famille (4 adultes et 4 enfants de 11 à 14 ans). Cette maison est très agréable, on s'y sent comme à la maison, rien ne manque tout est prévu. C'est une maison chaleureuse, au calme, avec une âme, où l'on s'y sent bien. On accède rapidement à pieds, aux remparts intra muros.
