Completely renovated in 2016, this bright 40m² with its 5 typical Saint Malo windows, all parquet, will seduce you for a quiet holiday, or to enjoy the equinox storms, at your leisure! Restaurants and shops are close at hand, the busy streets nearby. The Tour des Remparts, with the wind from the broad armful of foam and the spectacle of the tides, the beach and the Bon Secours swimming pool are less than 200m away…
This corner apartment, on the 3rd floor, enjoys great clarity on the Place aux Herbes, all of granite, in the heart of Saint Malo. 9 Hermine has an entrance hall, a large living room with a sofa bed, separated from the bedroom by large sliding boat-style shutters. Bathroom with Italian shower, new fully equipped kitchen with hood & worktop, separate toilet, TV & Orange or Free Wi-Fi connection.

Great apartment for visiting NW France
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. Malo. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, located on a quiet street convenient to everything. The owner and Véronique were very helpful. It was convenient to stay here and make day trips all over the region.

Everything we Needed and Great Quality too
Just to get the only slightly negative thing out of the way first: Saint-Malo Intra Muros is a very difficult place to navigate and drive through - at least at first. We only wanted to park outside the apartment for a few minutes so that we could unload our bags, but finding our way through the narrow cobbled streets with a bewidering one-way system was a nightmare. Perhaps it should be a difficult place to drive though to discourage vehicles in this beautiful ancient city but we found it a bit frightening. Once we got to know the place it was much easier and we left our car in the Q-Parks underground (pre-booked online) car park which was a pleasant 8-9 minute walk away. The apartment was just as described in the Vrbo listing. It had all we needed and more too. And everything - fittings, furnishings and fabrics were very good quality. It was perfect for the two of us. The private owner obviously wants things to be just right and puts quality above profit. It was very clean and well maintained. There were lots of electrical outlets. The apartment is in a great location, in one of the many beautiful granite buidings and the windows looked out onto a lovely street/square with a cafe on the pavement below. The owner was very helpful, accommodating and responded to all our queries before we visited. The lady (Véronique) who prepared the flat perfectly for us, was very pleasant, greeted us kindly and went to some trouble to ensure we understood everything and how it worked. Altogether it was a very pleasant experience and I'm sure we will remember it fondly for a long time.

Appartement conforme au descriptif et photos , excellent emplacement dans intra muros, petite place au calme et proche de tout, très propre ,très lumineux, excellente literie, très bien équipé, très fonctionnel, De plus accueil chaleureux de Véronique pour notre arrivée qui est venue nous accueillir très gentiment à la gare et de Pierre-Olivier et de sa femme Armelle pour le départ . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré une météo un peu capricieuse .. Nous avons toujours plaisir à re découvrir cette belle région !

absolument sans reproche.
rien ne fut une surprise, tout était parfait, une emplacement à l'intérieur des murs exceptionnels, stationnement facilement disponible quoi que dispendieux à cet endroit. Absolument près de tout. En plus vous bénéficiez d'une aide hors de l'ordinaire grâce à une personne qui à elle seule rend votre séjour intéressant, Véronique. Ne cherchez plus! c'est l'endroit pour St-Malo.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in der Altstadt von Saint-Malo
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Appartement im Herzen von Saint-Malo sehr genossen. Parkplätze gibt es ausserhalb der Stadt mit Bus-Transfer. Dies sollte mit eingeplant werden.

Schöner kann ein Urlaub nicht sein: wunderbare Wohnung, netter Vermieter und sehr zuverlässige Convcierge, die hilfreich zur Seite standen, zB.Tipps zum Parken gaben. In St.-Malo findet man alles: tolle Strände, gute Restaurants,nicht nur sehr gute Crêperien.... Die Zeit verging wie im Fluge,Deshalb kommen wir wieder! Merci,M. Bayec

L'accueil de Véronique à la gare et sa gentillesse nous a ravi. L'appartement est un véritable cocon pour se détendre après des journées de balade. L'équipement et la propreté est irréprochable. Perfektes Appartement in super Lage Intra Muros
Das Appartement ist perfekt aufgeteilt, durchdacht und ausgestattet! Für 2 Personen ein idealer Ort entspannte Tage zu verbringen! Die Fotos zeigen das Appartement authentisch. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Auch zum Kochen ist alles vorhanden. Der Carrefour Supermarkt in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall dieses Appartement immer wieder buchen! Superbe séjour
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Saint-Malo. De plus, le soleil était de la partie. Superbe appartement tout confort, très agréable, très bien placé. La région est très belle. Notre hôte très prévenant et à l’écoute. Véronique, qui nous a accueillis, est d’une très grande gentillesse, explique très bien et donne de bons conseils de visites. Nous recommandons vivement la location, la région… Au plaisir de revenir.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce joli appartement idéalement placé, lumineux, cosy et très bien aménagé. Nous remercions Pierre-Olivier, qui est un hôte aux petits soins.
