This charming apartment T2 of 36 m2 for 2 to 4 people on the 3rd floor with elevator of a beautiful stone building is located 150 m from the beach Mole. We can see from the apartment a view of the sea and Dinard, near shops, restaurants, bars ... at the foot of the ramparts. The apartment includes an entrance with a large closet, a large living room with sofa bed, canopy, a kitchen, a bedroom with a large bed of 160cm and large closet, a bathroom with large shower with a seat , a suspended toilet. Free WIFI . Linen provided for two people.

Patricia Gerrards lovely flat
This flat was very nice and comfortable especially the large bed. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils. I would recommend this holiday home to anyone visiting St Malo.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est très bien, confortable, une bonne literie. Très agréable et calme. Proche des rues commerçantes d'Intra-Muros. L'accueil de la propriétaire était très agréable.

bon séjour mais stationnement payant
la location était propre était très propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. bien située. Le seul bemol : le stationnement . il est payant en bas de la location et autour de la ville. il serait utile d'inclure cette information dans l'annonce afin que les futurs locataires puissent en tenir compte. On peut se garer sans payer le stationnement mais c'est 15 min a pied de la location. Pour un week end ca va mais comme nous pour 10 jours... il est important de prendre en compte ce détail si vous venez en voiture

L'appartement est idéalement situé. Son emplacement intra-muros le met proche de tout ce qu'il y a à visiter et en meme temps il est dans une rue calme. Les plages sont à quelques minutes à pieds. L'appartement est très propre et décoré avec goût. Tout est prévu pour que l'on se sente comme à la maison. La propriétaire est très accueillante et arrangeante. Je suis venue avec mes 3 grands ados et nous sommes impatients de pouvoir revenir afin de continuer notre découverte des merveilles bretonnes. Encore un grand merci pour tout Patricia... Comfy apartment inside the walls close to it all.
Great comfortable place to stay inside the walls of Saint Marlo .Close to everything including good eateries just doors away . Very kind and helpful host . I was Ill and she recommended a near by doctor who was fab too . Parking just out side the walls was easy too .

L appartamento e bellissimo nel cuore di saint malo e fornito di ogni cosa per la cucina e per il bagno non gli manca assolutamente niente . Consiglio di non lasciare la macchina sotto casa perché costa troppo ma fi lasciarla fuori dalle mura perché costa meno.

St Malo - Intra Muros
We traveled to Bretagne from Normandie, where we attended the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings.The apartment at 10 Rue de Toulouse was in an ideal position for our five night stay in St Malo; there is little point in visiting the city unless you stay 'Intra Muros'. It is in a quiet part of the town, but only five minutes walk from the centre. There is a bank and a small supermarket (Carrefour)situated underground with the entrance somewhat hidden down a side street. Parking is a problem, but there are public car parks just outside of the walls, where vehicles can be left overnight. There is a multitude of restaurants, where English is spoken to varying degrees. And, of course, there are numerous cafes to have coffee and 'watch the world go by'.We visited Dinan and Concale Plage on separate days - well worth the journey. In summary, we spent a most enjoyable time in St Malo and would recommend the experience.

Malgré l'instabilité météorologique un séjour très agréable dans un environnement riche en culture, animé même en période d'hiver, des paysages magnifiques, et un accueil de qualité de la propriétaire. Le logement est idéalement situé au coeur de la cité corsaire, il est bien aménagé, idéal pour un séjour à deux.
