Great location, near the sea, lots of long walks, history, nice people something for everyone,
Great location could not get much nearer the sea, if your looking for fitness this the place lots of stair, but well worth it when you arrive. The only downside was there was no internet. The parking was excellent, secure lock up and leave. We had arranged to meet Christele, at the property, the arrival time changed she was very accommodating, we were then held up at passport control then the great run. The day we arrived all the roads were blocked off due to a mega run attended by many. They were not best pleased when we tried to travel and explain the reason for us wanting to travel down the seafront. Lots of long walks, history, nice people something for everyone with good transport links.

Bon emplacement
Appartement bien situé sur le sillon et très calme. Nous étions les seuls dans la résidence et au dernier étage. Il est regrettable que nous n’ayons pas eu le bip pour accéder au parking, ce qui n’était pas très pratique de la voiture avec la clé. Petit bémol également pour le ménage…. L’appartement a un bon potentiel et mériterait quelques travaux d’embellissement. Sinon nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette jolie ville de Saint Malo

Appartement très bien placé, à 2 pas de la mer
L’environnement est très agréable. La mer à 2 pas, intra muros à 10 mn. Petit balcon sympathique pour la vue et pour y manger. Quelques travaux de rénovation seraient les bienvenus.

Appartement très bien situé et avec balcon donnant sur la mer très appréciable !! A 10 mn a pied de l intra muros … Parking inclus non négligeable car très difficile de se garer a St malo. Appartement correct pour 2 personnes Par contre literie a revoir absolument… matelas creusé très difficile pour dormir et trop petit pour 2 personnes. Problème d’écoulement dans la douche même après Avoir mis du déboucheur … dommage Location à conserver !! 😉

État des lieux à Saint Malo...
L'endroit est idéal, proche de la plage du sillon. Nous avons eu un très beau temps. L'appartement est bien conçu. Seul inconvénient la douche pose un problème d'évacuation..et nous n'avons pas trouvé un appartement bien nettoyé. Nous l'avons signalé à la propriétaire qui doit réagir..sinon, très agréable séjour

Emplacement idéal & confort perfectible
Depuis l'appartement vu sur la mer et ses couchers de soleil, des petits déjeuners ou dîners sur un balcon sans vis à vis. Beaucoup de découvertes à pied grâce à un emplacement idéal et découvertes en voiture facilitées par la présence d'un parking. Cependant, l'odeur de renfermé et de poussière ont généré des gènes respiratoires et rhinites qui ont impacté le séjour. C'est dommage car la configuration et l'emplacement du bien en font une offre très intéressante.

Superbe appartement avec une superbe vue mer !
Appartement avec une superbe vue sur la plage du sillon pratiquement au pied de l'immeuble, il est très bien situé proche de tout en 10 minutes à pieds et surtout de l'intramuros. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Un accueil très chaleureux, des propriétaires très à l'écoute et répondent à toutes les attentes. Nous recommandons cette location.

Superbe séjour
Location idéalement située avec très belle vue sur mer. On peut apprécier tous les soirs un coucher de soleil différent sur la mer. Très proche de la ville intra-muros. Plage immense. Seul petit inconvénient, les 3 étages sans ascenseur avec les bagages. Mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

L'appartement est bien situé près de la plage du sillon et près de l'intra muros ou il y a moyen de faire de très belle ballade vers divers points. Cet appartement a une vue sur la mer et une belle terrasse ensoleillé. Ce qui est pratique c’est que une place de parking est prévue. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
