"The hotel was great. The room was big and nice, everything was super clean, the staff very friendly, and breakfast was very complete. Parking was very easy, in a garage that’s like one block away from the hotel, and which you pay for at the reception when you check out. The spa was also very complete and very fun. Finally, the location is perfect. You can walk around the city and reach anywhere in a few minutes. Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed two nights to see the gorges. It was wonderful. The facility is lovely….well laid out….great hot tub/pool….and the view from our room was beautiful. The Gorges du Verdon is a gem…..be sure to drive the loop and then the long way round….stunning."

Nous avons eu celle du rez de chaussée, très spacieuse mais le coin salon n'a pas d'éclairage malgré nos demandes répétées. Il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur et cela peut être ennuyeux surtout en période de fortes chaleurs. "All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Excellent and comfortable room which was an upgrade. Fabulous dinner in the restaurant and the sommelier who also ran the bar and restaurant was fun and helpful. Secure on-site parking which was included. Great position 1km off autoroute and 10 minutes walk into town centre. Good value for money at this time of year. "

"Beautiful property with attentive and friendly staff. I got engaged here and it was absolutely gorgeous. The room overlooked the courtyard and the grapevine field behind it. I never needed anything because the experience was so well thought out. Plus it is close to aix-en Provence which was nice if you want to go into town. Terres de France - Résidence Côté Provence

Difficulties upon arrival

"Turns out they were closed on the day of our checkin which we were not aware of. We tried to call and no one answered. We finally got a number for emergencies and he gave us the code to the safe with our key. When we got to the place they had not prepared at all. The beds were not made, there was no soap or cleaning items to towels yet checkout required us to wash dishes. The electricity was also off so we had to find the electrical box. The WiFi also didn’t work. When we tried to calll back the emergency number no one answered."

"Staff was welcoming; breakfast buffet was satisfying and convenient although a little pricey. They provided bacon, which made it definitely worth it! Room was really clean and terrace was nice and opened up into a larger area. Old town was within walking distance, but raining a lot so didn't try it. Wifi solid and strong; very quiet. worth a visit!"

"The hotel was very close to the town center, very clean, with extremely friendly staff. The hotel also has a restaurant attached which was wonderful. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Even as two Americans who don’t speak any French, it felt as if we were visiting old friends. Highly recommend staying here"
