Ideal setting that immerses you in the heart of the vineyards. Located close to St Emilion and Bergerac. This beautiful house of 200 m2 will be ideal for your stays with family or friends. Renovated 2017/2018
19th century detached house, equipped kitchen, very large living-dining room with a wine cellar made available with the wines of our properties to enhance your meals. On the ground floor 1 bedroom with bathroom and upstairs 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a reading area with a library on the landing.
You can enjoy the outdoors with a terrace equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue.

St Emilion en famille!
Très bon séjour dans ce gite bien situé au calme au milieu des vignobles ,propre,salon,salle à manger,cuisine,chambres,salles d'eaux agencées avec goût! Quelques bémols cependant. Frigo beaucoup trop petit pour recevoir éventuellement 16 personnes.Un autre réfrigérateur serait un plus. Canapé de la salle à manger,lit de bébé,parasol extérieur du salon de jardin HS,inutilisables . Malgré ces quelques fausses notes,gite et séjour très agréables !

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! De nombreuses activités aux alentours (notamment les points de baignades, indispensable en temps de canicule). Seul hic le barbecue était inutilisable (beaucoup trop abîmé pour être utilisé sans risque), manque de la télécommande du lecteur dvd (utile le soir pour les enfants) et les chaises de jardin abîmées et inutilisable empêchant que l’ensemble du groupe puisse manger dehors. Je recommande le gîte en groupe ou en famille pour passer d’excellentes vacances au calme et au milieu des vignes.

Séjour très agréable au Château de Laussac
Week-end entre amis au gîte de Laussac. Gîte très bien équipé avec tout le confort nécessaire pour accueillir un groupe d'amis/famille. Le petit plus serait une petite piscine pour les grosses chaleurs de l'été ☺️ Accueil au top propriétaire arrangeant et à l'écoute avec délai de réponse rapide. Un gîte que notre groupe recommande fortement !

Très beau séjour au milieu des vignes !
Grands parents, enfants et petits enfants pour 3 nuits dans ce gîte très confortable, spacieux et situé à quelques pas de St Emilion ! Nous n'avons pas vu notre hôte, Alexandra, mais pas de soucis pour communiquer par mail ou par téléphone. ... et la dégustation de vin au domaine avec Aurélie : un pur bonheur :-)

Gîte confortable et accueillant
Deuxième séjour dans ce gîte confortable et accueillant. C'est avec un réel plaisir que toute la famille s'est retrouvée dans ces lieux où chacun y trouve sa place. Les abords ont été améliorés avec des jardinières fleuries qui embellissent l'ensemble. Les hôtes sont très réactifs au moindre petit souci et la jeune femme en charge de l'accueil est charmante. Nous avons passé un super moment en famille.

Gîte spacieux idéal pour réunion
Gîte loué dans le cadre d'une réunion de famille. Très apprécié par tous chacun pouvant y trouver son indépendance. Très bien équipé. Bien qu'étant au milieu des vignes les abords manquent de soin (arbustes, jardinière sans fleur...) et le mobilier extérieur n'avait pas été nettoyé. Quoi qu'il en soit nous le louons à nouveau en septembre prochain !

Excellent week end en famille gîte spacieux, propre tout confort bien situé et encore nous avons pas eu beau temps avec un beau soleil l'endroit doit être super mais nous avons fait du feu dans la cheminée ce qui était génial bonne idée les jeux pour enfants nos petits ont bien apprécié. Nous recommandons ce gîte.
