The open plan living space/ including the decking worked well for our larger party - with enough breakout space if anyone needed some peace. The garden was enjoyed by all especially the kids - with the swing / basketball and table tennis all being used. It was also nice to be in a village with marina, and shops /cafe / play park all a safe walkable distance."
