"Although it has a shuttle service to the park i felt embarrassed getting it when i realised how close it is ,we walked down canal part and into disney village it was like 5 mins and that leads you into disney another 5 mins .there is always cleaners in the hotel rooms are nice . Staff are ok at check in and the information desk ,security staff on door a little hit and miss at politness but there security so its a bonus. "The property itself is great, the theming is excellent, the location for the parks is very good. Breakfast was very good and on the one occasion we had an evening meal in the restaurant the food was also very good however in the evening it was quite hectic in the restaurant. "The staff at check in were very friendly and polite, we had an issue with our door but the service people came and got us in quickly, the rooms are rather dated and really cold even with the heating on, the beds are very hard and squeek and awful lot, so if like myself your a light sleeper this will waoe you up all night. However davy crockett was great for our 1 night stay and we would stay again just with extra layers this time. "

"I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was so low cost. I was so wrong. Lovely hotel, reception staff really nice and very thorough on arrival. The rooms are compact but they were clean and had everything that we needed for a base. Breakfast was fine, some fruit would have been lovely but other than that it was grand. "

Really nice boutique hotel

"Small hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. I am a very light sleeper and my room was right next to the elevator and the elevator shaft. I asked to be changed and the front desk manager was so helpful. The room I was then given was in tbe very corner of the top floor and very quiet and peaceful. "

"On arrival we had to try several numbers to get a response We had no hot water in any of the 3 rooms. We called and he returned saying it was sorted and we would have hot water after 3hrs but we still didn’t have any in the morning. We were on 3 motorcycles and had been travelling all day looking forward to a shower. Then in the morning while we had breakfast they went in our rooms moved some of our stuff and cleaned the rooms ready for the next guests before we even checked out. "
