"The hotel is stunningly beautiful, clean and accommodating. The main issue was food and beverage service. The staff had no clue on how to wait on tables, present menus, serve beverage or food. We waited 45 minutes for 4 drinks only to be brought one, told two weren’t available and had to wait again for the last. It was disappointing at best. Food was good but they need training in their restaurants! "

"The resort is ver well staffed- there is always someone to assist with anything you need. They make good use of the very tiny beach but once you are in the resort you are a captive audience- nothing close by for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. we had a car but traffic was challenging and you certainly are not going to drive after a few beers 😳"

The security guard at the front gate of the property was extremely rude. Didn't welcome us but asked what we were doing there. Our driver was very taken back by his behavior & said he's never seen anyone so rude at this establishment. "Typical beach hotel and as expected. Front desk very friendly, location awesome. One night stay near airport was perfect. Lots of nice restaurants and restaurant hotel and bar was good."

"The public area noise was overwhelming, and amplified noise continued each night until at least 11 pm. The food for breakfast left much to be desired, and the dinner options were very limited: either a tired buffet or a pleasant cafe at the water's edge with limited food options. We will not return or advise friends to visit Fleur d'Epee."

One of the front desk staff was help us to book the island tour. We don’t speak French. It’s a bit difficult to book anything on line All in French. Overall we had a good time. "
