L’appartement est bien propre et bien équipé je déplore cependant l’absence de climatiseur surtout pendant cette saison chaude. Les ventilateurs mis à disposition ne suffisent pas et ouvrir les volets pour aérer n’est pas conseillé (beaucoup de bruit).

Un appartement facilement accessible mais chaleur
La localisation proche de la N1, les espaces, le matelas confortable L'appartement mérite d'être plus meublé, une table et des chaises dans la cuisine, de la climatisation qui manque car confort d'été limité et surchauffe pendant la journée difficile pour travailler ou vivre, à l'exemple le logement sur le palier et les bureaux au RDC sont tous climatisés.
