"The stay was quite pleasant except for one evening. We had told the owners we were staying with family for a night but plans changed. When we got home we had no heat for the evening but it was too late to contact them. It would have been nice to have some control over the heat since one of the parties was older and handicapped. Other than that, the place was very clean - perfect for 2 people. "

"First, as travelers from the US, we are used to having a lot of space. This house had plenty of it and it was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and Christian was super nice and responsive. We would return without question. We had a car rented which I highly recommend. Now…Keintzheim…what a gem. "8 of us stayed and found the property exactly as detailed. Bedrooms were all large with comfortable beds and excellent bedding, bathrooms with great showers. Really well equipped inside and out with good quality throughout. Brilliant location - 15min walk to town centre, 2 mins to large Leclerc, great for a base to explore the wine route. We were delighted with our 4 night stay and great communication with our host Jean Claude 👍"

"We enjoyed our stay as a family. Just a misunderstanding about the supply of towels. Coming from New Zealand we expected them to be automatically supplied. Sebastien kindly sorted it though. Enjoyed village and surrounding area was very interesting. Great castles and historic ww1 sites. Thanks."
