We could wander around their vast garden, with the fruit trees, vegetable plots and 5 hens and cool off in the pool. The area is very rural with many picturesque villages and towns within an easy drive. The daily trip to get the bread at Saint Genies was a pleasant start to each day. "A very nice place to stay and central to Sarlat, Le Roque-Gageac and Beynac. The space was very comfortable and peaceful. Hardly any noise from passing cars. Wonderful If you are coming from the USA understand that in Europe you are required to bring all you food andtoiletries. There is no soap, shampoo, salt, pepper and other items you might expect from a USA rental. Hopefully Alexandre will add more utensils in the kitchen and lids for the saucepans."
