"Beautiful property and outstanding service. Employees continually asked how they could improve my stay. Cesar found an experienced driver to take me to WW2 battle sites. He also mailed a coat to me that I left behind in the driver’s car. He got numerous quotes for shipping options and mailed it to me at my hotel in Paris. This was a huge inconvenience for him. I am beyond grateful. Le Sofitel never disappoints. I stay at their hotels around the world. Bravo!"
