This comfortable 120 m² property is ideal for family holidays and offers fibre optic access. With four bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 9 people. Its privileged location in a quiet street, close to the shops and the famous farmers' market (Thursday and Sunday), and just 3 km from the beaches (Torreilles or Barcarès), makes it a charming choice. Bright and well-appointed, the house comprises: on the first floor: - three bedrooms, each with a double bed; - one bedroom with a sofa bed and a single bed on the mezzanine; - two bathrooms; on the ground floor, you will find: - a fully-equipped kitchen; - a dining room; - and a lounge area for relaxing after a day out. The following facilities will be at your disposal: Television, Fibre optic for optimum WIFI, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Fan and Barbecue. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee. We will provide you with everything you need for showers and household consumables. One of the assets of the accommodation is its location.
