Vast family home, ideal for stay with several families or friends, in a nice village of Corbières. The house of over 250m2 includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 shower room, a large kitchen, a dining room and a double living room. Everyone will find a quiet place and everything is arranged to accommodate 12 to 14 people without promiscuity.
On the other side of the house, you have a large secure swimming pool (6 x 11) and a large relaxation area to enjoy the tranquility of the place around a barbecue or lying in the garden.
In addition, a double garage is available for your vehicles. On foot in the village, all shops (supermarket, bakery, press, hairdresser, bank, pharmacy, restaurants, post office ...); in the surroundings, large choice of tourist discoveries (abbey of Fontfroide, city of Carcassonne, African reserve of Sigean ...) and with 30 min of car, the beach (Port New, Gruissan, ...)

Family stay in Corbieres
We were a group of 6 - a family of 5 plus grandpa. The house was perfect for our needs with a lovely pool, table tennis room, barbecue and shady outdoor seating. Inside we loved the big spacious bedrooms and there was lots of different options for relaxing downstairs. Each of the main bedrooms had different washing facilities (sink/bidet, sink/bath/bidet or sink/shower/bidet) but we probably used the family bathroom most of the time. Thank you for a very pleasant week!

Fabulous stay and unbelievable kindness
What an amazing surprise ! In this corner of the Southern part of France, this badulous house has really struck us with its charme, its unique and familiar character, its beautiful and enchanting rooms. The spaces are so well distributed. ...The kindness of Alexia, the owner and Mr Henry were so astonishing! something really rear to find. The Pool , cleaned deeply everyday, gave us refreshing and unforgettable moments. Please be sure to stop here in this beautiful and cozy Saint Laurent.

Belle demeure familiale
Super séjour en famille où 3 générations se sont retrouvées pour passer de merveilleuses vacances dans les corbières. La demeure, empreinte d’une véritable histoire locale et familiale permet à chacun de s’adonner aux loisirs souhaités, de s’isoler ou de partager de bons moments dans la piscine très agréable. La situation géographique permet de belles ballades pédestres dans les vignes ou de visiter les sites et lieux historiques à proximité. Les repas et soirées en famille le soir nous ont fait oublier quelques jours nos écrans connectés. Nous reviendrons.

Maison parfaite pour un groupe.
Nous étions 13 puis 14 en fin de séjour. Aucun soucis de place où d'équipements. C'est une vieille demeure avec ses inconvénients comme quelques vétustes mais aussi avec une histoire. Cette maison a vécu et à une histoire. En tout cas elle n'a laissé aucune personne de notre groupe indifférent. Les petits se sont crus à Poudlard, d'autres dans un ancien chais etc Tout est authentique dans ce domaine tout comme la personne qui nous a accueilli. La piscine, nettoyé tous les jours, la salle de ping-pong, la cuisine équipé d'ustensiles de restaurant 3 étoiles, un gril plancha au top, des chambres immenses, des salles de bains au charme désuet. Départ à pied pour des ballades enchanteresse, notamment vers les piscines naturelles sur la rivière. Bref un séjour très réussi, ce qui n'est pas toujours simple pour 4 adultes et 10 enfants et ados.

C'est une véritable grande maison de famille , et très vite grands et petits ont trouvé leurs marques et leur espace! Nous y avions passé un très agréable séjour! Maison très confortable et bien équipée! La piscine est un vrai plus dans cette région très ensoleillée! ( et quelque fois venté)

Endroit de rêves pour superbes vacances!!
Maison pleine de charme et très pratique pour plusieurs familles ou groupes d'amis! Chacun a son espace et en même temps tout le monde peut de retrouver dans les pièces à vivre (salle à manger et salons) ou profiter près de la piscine! Accueil impeccable, proprios très sympas et disponibles. A ne pas manquer pour de belles vacances!!

grande maison pleine de charme
une belle maison ancienne et pleine de charme, très spacieuse donc adaptée aux familles nombreuses ou à ceux qui passent des vacances en groupe. La maison est dans un endroit calme, près d'un village où l'on peut aller à pieds et qui a toutes les commodités, et à 1/2h en voiture vous trouverez de nombreux sites sympathiques à aller voir. de plus, les propriétaires sont charmants!

SUPER SEJOUR DANS UNE BELLE ET GRANDE MAISON
Belle maison de maitre très spacieuse avec beaucoup de charme, au calme dans le village de St Laurent de la Cabrerisse, au cœur des Corbières, magnifique région . La bâtisse s’élève sur plusieurs niveaux et offre de nombreuses chambres (dont les plus grandes sont avec SDB privative), une grande cuisine équipée (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four…) une grande salle à manger et deux salons ( canapé, fauteuils, télé, Wifi à disposition), un jardin ombragé avec piscine sécurisée, barbecue, jeux pour enfants et annexe avec table de ping pong. A l’entrée, une belle cour gravillonnée, fermée par un imposant portail, permet également, en toute quiétude, de laisser les enfants jouer. Un grand garage est à disposition mais possibilité de se garer facilement dans la rue. Les travaux de rénovation entrepris par les propriétaires font de cette belle demeure un lieu vraiment très agréable pour passer des vacances reposantes et inoubliables en famille ou entre amis. L'accueil est chaleureux et personnalisé. Allez-y, louez la, vous ne le regretterez pas !
