This attractive 3-bedroom villa is in Saint-Laurent-de-Carnols. It is ideal for a family and can accommodate 6 guests. This has a private swimming pool and a roofed terrace for you to unwind and relax after a long day.

The nearest restaurant is 1 km away if you would like to try some local delicacies. Stock up your essentials from the local grocery store, just 5 km away. The lake is 10 km from the villa. Trip is possible to Pont du Gard and Avignon .

A garden or a terrace is accessible for you to enjoy a glass of wine and a platter of barbecue with your loved one. Electric heating, air conditioning and garage are provided for your pleasant stay. Mooie woning. Nieuwe meubels en daardoor iets moderner dan op de website te zien is. Verhuurder is super vriendelijk. Spreekt alleen Frans maar zijn zoon ook Engels. Ligging is prachtig. Mooi uitzicht en heerlijk rustig. Zwembadje is erg lekker. Heerlijk en een mooie uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen.

FANTASTISCHE VAKANTIE! Het huis is gewoon top. Alles was voorzien, heel proper, leuke en rustige omgeving, zalig zwembad en een super vriendelijke eigenaar. Ook een aanrader voor mensen met een hond, ons Bea had ook de tijd van haar leven. Super dat alles goed omheind is zodat we haar met een gerust hart konden vrij laten rondlopen. Wij gaan volgend jaar terug!

We hebben inmiddels best wel wat vakantiehuizen in Frankrijk van Belvilla bezocht maar dit is toch wel echt een toppertje! Het is fantastisch gelegen in een woonwijkje op een heuvel bij het rustige dorpje Saint Laurent De Carnols en een ideale basis om mooie wandelingen te maken in de wijngaarden rondom het dorp. Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op het dal van het riviertje de Ceze en de vriendelijke eigenaar/beheerder de heer Guy Aubanel zal er alles aan doen om de gasten het naar de zin te maken. We hadden geweldig goed weer dus veel gebruik gemaakt van het lekkere prive-zwembad, bakkertje in Saint Michel de Euzet (lopend zelfs ook nog te doen) en een supermarkt op 5 km rijden bij Goudargues. Normaal gezien gaan we nooit terug naar een eerder geboekt vakantiehuis maar ik denk dat we deze keer wel een uitzondering gaan maken... ;)

We zijn hier al een paar keren geweest en opnieuw is het supergoed meegevallen. Leuk vakantiehuis in prachtige omgeving, midden in de wijngaarden maar niet te ver van leuk stadje. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar die aan de overkant woont. Honden welkom en dat is voor ons ook heel belangrijk ! Super !

Het huis is comfortabel goede bedden, volledig ingericht en alles aanwezig. Nadeel is misschien de trap naar het huis, welke je telkens je naar de tuin wil op moet. Het terras is echter op hetzelfde niveau als het huis. De tuin is volledig afgesloten. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar welke aan de overzijde van de straat woont doch zeer discreet is. In de nabijheid veel leuke dorpjes en restaurants. In Saint Laurent de Carnols zelf is echter niets (geen winkel noch restaurant). Mooie omgeving.

De belles vacances au soleil dans cette magnifique villa très bien équipée avec piscine, double garage, terrasse, terrain clôturé, wifi, TV (un peu vieillotte) etc.... Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles tout en étant très discrets. De belles choses à voir sans faire trop de kilomètres Goudargues, la Roque sur Cèze, les cascades de Sautadet, Canöé kawaks, les Concluses, le Pont du Gard, Anduze la bambouseraie et le train vapeur des Cévennes, Nîmes, Uzès, Etc... etc...

Une très belle villa avec grand garage pour 2 voitures, belle piscine, un terrain entièrement clôturé pour notre chien. la terrasse est spacieuse et couverte avec une belle vue. L'intérieur est bien aménagé un salon avec tv et wifi, une cuisine ou rien ne manque, trois chambres confortables (sans tv) et une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, le wc est séparé. Le propriétaire qui habite un peu plus loin est très discret tout en étant toujours disponible et à notre écoute. Une grande surface à 2 Km (Cornillon) et Goudargues (très beau village, la Venise gardoise) à peine plus loin. Bagnols sur Céze, cascades de Sautadet, La roque sur cèze, le Pont du Gard, les gorges de l'Ardèche, Vallon pont d'arc, Nîmes, Uzès, Barjac, Etc... les point d'intérêts à proximité ne manquent pas. A beautiful house with everything on it and what you can wish for. Good beds also important. Very helpful owner who respects your privacy. Area offers lots of nature and culture. The good fence of the garden also very suitable for a pet (in our case a large dog) with you.

Id ບ to enjoy the sun, the villa is spacious and the agr , pool and surroundings are conducive to farniente.Les owners are always available and are very friendly yet very discrets.Question kitchen there is absolutely lacking nothing. Intermarket fuel with a 24 / 24 to 3 km, the beautiful village of Goudargues 4 km, La Roque sur Ceze etc ... etc ... l "spoiled for choice. r NDEs holiday sublime! Do not talk too much, I " like that "it is free for the book " ann next ພ!

Een fantastische vakantie hebben wij er gehad. Zeer rustig, maar toch goed gelegen om met de auto toch verschillende uitstappen te doen. Alsook zeer ruim huis met alles erop en eraan. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit het terras, maar toch veel privacy. Wij bevelen het huis zoveel mogelijk aan. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars en correct.
