"I had a truly wonderful stay at the Pullman Hotel in Paris. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their warm hospitality—every member of the team was polite, kind, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. At the reception we were greeted by Jeff, very polite and very impressed that he spoke a few words of my native language. Every morning for our breakfast every staff member greets you and does pay attention to you, ready to please you and assist you. We were welcomed by Lyetta, she was so helpful and funny and so patient with us as we were trying to speak French (rusty ahaha) but she would always encourage us and help us improve. She was always so pleasant and cheerful. Definitely recommend this lovely I had a truly wonderful stay at the Pullman Hotel in Paris. "

"If you want the center of things -- the Les Halles Citadines property is a great place to stay. LOVED THE SHOWER!!! Bed was OK... property close to so many things including the metro. Would stay here again."
