"The house owner is absolutely amazing. She provided a lot of useful information to me before I arrived and during my stay. Though I can not speak in French, it is very easy to communicate with the owner with google translate. She always smiles and this is the hospitality for. The house itself is brand new and clean. There is no difference between what I saw in the internet and reality. If I have a chance to go to Brittany again, I have no hesitation to stay here again."

"What a lovely little property - it had all we needed for our stay in St Malo. Ideally situated for 20 minute walk to the old town, the kitchen was very well equipped, the sofa bed was comfortable to sit on downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice surprise to be provided with bedding, towels and soap. The only downside for us - as we are both over 60 was the steep staircase (which was clearly pictured) - but we did get used...

"Great location easy walking distance of town. Short drive to all the sites! Dol de Bretagne is a great place to stay if you want to be away from masses of tourists, but able to easily travel to see the sites! "

"Central location with beautiful view of the Rance and all the attendant water activities, a comfortable property that is showing some signs of wear (kitchen is a bit tired and some parts are broken) but has the essentials - a good shower, comfortable beds and lots of hot water. "We quite liked this property. It is in a quiet neighbourhood just off the main road into Dinard. A good location for visiting St Malo and Cancale. The house remained cool in the days where the temperature exceeded 30c. All the facilities worked, dishwasher, cooker and washing machine. The only failing was the lack of Wi Fi. Although advertised there is no router in the house. The only wi fi was a hot spot which we were unable to log onto. This meant we were forced to buy extra data from our...
