"We have never seen a place like that. AVOID IT !!! They did not inform us that we had to do a check in before 12am to get the key outside - none was there when we arrived at 1am, no emergency c on tact available and the worst was that we could access the establishment (which is supposed to be closed after 10pm). We had to take the road again without being able to sleep in the two rooms we paid. Worst service ever! And for those sleeping in establishment, this is so unsafe ! "

"The property where we stayed was very unclean and lots of dust under the beds. As we arrived to our room, there was an incident where a person was thrown out of the room. She was shouting and the police arrived afterwards. For the whole stay, we didn’t had internet, it was very poor Wi-Fi, we had to go the reception and report it but they kept giving us lots of papers for the Wi-Fi which still didn’t work. Also the bathtub was blocked through out, we reported it but it wasnt a quick repair...

When we asked for a vegetarian option we were told the meat would be taken off the dish and more vegetables added! "Great location. Friendly staff. We stayed as we had tickets for the Olympic football. The Stadium was about 15 mins on the metro and easy to find. We arrived back late and the kitchen had closed, the staff made us Croque monsieur from the room service menu, which was reasonable priced and nice. The hotel car park was 9 euros if you parked in tbe underground carpark but we managed to get a space outside the hotel reception which was free and felt secure "
