A flowered and enclosed courtyard (200 m²), an old renovated shed allowing outdoor dining and an accessible orchard make up a pleasant exterior.

Activities and sites nearby: gîte located in the village of Artiges, Allier valley 11 km away (swimming, white water sports), monuments of Romanesque architecture, all shops and services and Watercolor Biennale in Brioude (11 km), Blesle (Most Beautiful Village in France) and the Alagnon gorges 19 km away. Lioran, Clermont Ferrand and Vulcania ski resorts. This pretty country stone house has a pleasant exterior on wooded grounds. On the ground floor, a corridor leads to an independent equipped kitchen and a living room with TV, bathroom and separate toilet.

Access to the first floor opens onto 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, a small bedroom ideal for a child, a bathroom with toilet.
