On the first floor is an air-conditioned living area with a well-equipped kitchen with essential appliances, a spacious dining area with ample seating and a relaxation lounge with comfortable sofas. A first floor bedroom, also air-conditioned, offers a double bed and en-suite shower room. Climb the spiral staircase and you will find two more air-conditioned bedrooms. Step out onto a large stone terrace next to the kitchen, complete with garden furniture, ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing. A borie, ideal for cooking over the wood fire, and a barbecue enhance your outdoor culinary experiences. Enjoy relaxing moments in the bowling area or unwind on a lounger by the fenced, wood-decked pool. Experience the peace and comfort of this rural retreat, where relaxation meets the charm of the Dordogne region and provides all guests with an unforgettable vacation. The house is located in the countryside, about 4.6 km from Saint-Julien-de-Lampon (local stores).
