"It was as good as anybody would want. The weather was not kind which usually means you start finding fault but we didn't. Very comfortable and close to all amenities. The flock of sheep and huge guard dog were endlessly entertaining. Very nice hosts."

(i.e. we played music through the Sonos morning to night, drank cocktails in the pool and genuinely treated it like a home away from home :) ) The space: The villa was well equipped and the rooms really comfy - Each had an ensuite which was great for a big group of friends like us. "Top Grundstück, umfangreiche Ausstattung, super Pool. Dass Vormieter verfettete Formen in den Backofen stellen vergessen wir mal diskret. Leider gab es einige Probleme mit der Elektrik. Sehr sehr ärgerlich, die Plancha wie auf den Bildern ist nicht vorhanden. Es steht lediglich ein Holzkohlegrill zur Verfügung. Viel Spaß mit dem Dreck. Wir haben dies moniert. Angeblich wäre die Gasplancha zu gefährlich. Die ansonsten gute Kommunikation hat uns dann zu diesem Thema einfach ignoriert. Wir haben...

"Villa was lovely and very well equipped. Outside space was poorer, the area around the pool was rough and unfinished. Garden at back was full of weeds. Contact with the owner was by text which was answered quickly but he was not in the country and we had no contact number for his on site representative as we missed her on arrival due to being delayed. Our first night was spent listening to a bleeping burglar alarm which we couldn’t stop and the owner was unable to help us. Fortunately it stopped...

"We enjoyed 2 great weeks at this wonderful property, which had everything we were looking for to have a relaxing holiday. The recently refurbished large house is superbly equipped and designed and is clearly well looked after. There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors and it is very comfortable whatever the weather. The house is surrounded by beautiful, peaceful countryside and enjoys spectacular views to the Pyrenees, especially from the west facing deck, where we enjoyed many sunset...

"Nous avons séjourné à "Les Lauriers" à Limoux. Cette maison de vacances contient tout ce qu'il faut pour rendre un séjour agréable. Il est situé au calme, à quelques pas du centre. Limoux est également idéalement situé pour explorer la région, notamment Carcassonne, Gruissan et divers abbayes et châteaux. Hautement recommandé."
