"Listed as max of 4 people but it was cozy for my wife and I. Could use some comfortable chairs (it had 2 beach chairs that were in the rooms - photos show one of them on the deck). Parking spot only fits subcompact - we parked on street because car didn't fit in the garage. The person that let us in didn't speak English so we didn't get directions on accessing wifi or using the microwave until we emailed owner (recommend having written directions in French and English; leave directions for...

"Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos, alles hat bestens funktioniert. Die Lage ist gut, mit dem Auto erreicht man zügig viele schöne Ziele in der Umgebung., u.a. Le Mont Saint Michel (halbe Stunde), nach Saint Malo kommt man in wenigen Minuten. Dinan und Dinard und Cancale sind ebenfalls nah."

"Overall the property was okay, although the toilet is in an enclosed balcony of sorts in the back with no heating so as it was Feb. it was a bit chilly. Also, the lights in the entryway didn't turn on when I clicked the switch; I tried several times and never got them to turn on. It was extremely dark climbing the stairs and felt unsafe. Even so, I'd recommend the flat as it was comfortable, convenient, and good value."

"This apartment is very clean and functional, a mere 7 minutes by foot to the city center. The communication with the owner could not have been better. Each ones of my questions were answered promptly and a request I had for extra towels and sheets was complied with on the same day. "The apartment is roomy, with all the amenities to take care of a family of four. We felt safe. It is close to grocery shopping as well as all that Saint Malo has to offer. The property manager was very helpful. We highly recommend."
