There is a Private Boat Ramp on the property for direct boat access to the river! This is a Very Special and Unique Property that I Am truly in Love with and excited to share with you! Open Concept Design is well suited for entertaining. There is a Huge Great Room with Vaulted Ceilings and a Fireplace. Great River Views inside and out! Over 2,300 square feet of finished space for you to enjoy. There are Roku Smart TVs in all the rooms including the Bedrooms. There is plenty of room to park your boats and leave them docked during your stay. There is a small boat launch on the property. We are PET FRIENDLY! This is a place you will want to return to again and again! There are Exterior Security Cameras on the premises and one interior camera in the garage. There are no interior cameras besides the garage interior. You will be able to download an app to monitor the cameras from your phone during your stay. Great location on the St. Joseph River. We caught several small mouth bass off the sea wall. Nice quiet neighborhood and it is close to everything in town.

The house is very nicely appointed, great condition, and clean. The location is close to St. Jo and many other area of interest (hiking, fishing, beaches). The property owner is easy to work with - super communication. We would stay again.

Family Vacation
Repeat trip to St Joseph’s! We enjoyed this house so much last year we decided to return. The layout is perfect for our family and dogs. Great memories the 2nd time around too!

This home met all the amenities my group was looking for and more! James is an amazing host & great with communicating. He was very attentive to our request and met them. The property is beautiful. It was so peaceful on the lake, hearing, and watching all the little animals. Nearly everything you would need is provided. The communication from booking through our entire stay was excellent. I would stay there again.

Beautiful setting
We spent a relaxing week in this beautiful house right on the river. The interior is beautiful and well stocked with everything you may need. We cooked at home most nights in the spacious kitchen and enjoyed time sitting and watch sing the birds at the feeder and boats on the river as well as sitting around a fire at night.

Lake Front Retreat
This property was the ultimate staycation retreat! The house was beautiful inside and out. The highlight of this home was not the superb renovation, picture perfect out of home and gardens décor, or 1/2 an acre of private waterfront access with picturesque views. The highlight was the birdfeeder in front of the living room window. I truly enjoyed bird watching.

I hesitate to let this best kept secret out, but by far one of the most delightful VRBO/vaca rentals we have ever enjoyed, and that is going some. Any season, any occasion treat yourself! The cleanliness, the design, layout and view second to none. Host and kindness worthy of praise. Yes, really!!!

Fantastic weekend!
What a great home! Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. House was quite spacious and we all felt like we had our own “space”. The great room was awesome, the sectional is enormous (and comfy). Super quiet well maintained neighborhood with lots of birds, small wildlife etc. We enjoyed spending time in the shady yard with a view of the river. My dog loved all of the wildlife scents and did great on a 40 ft leash.

FABULOUS and FUN!
Great for our family of 7 : young adult "kids" . Plenty of space indoors and out! CLEAN!!! VERY CLEAN!!! Comfy furniture and beds! The yard is spacious! The river view is incredible. We had kayaks and rented a pontoon boat for one day!! It was a great way for our spread out family to get together for an extended weekend! Hope we can come back!!

Very relaxing and spacious home
We enjoyed our stay. Fishing off of the dock/river edge was lots of fun. Caught some catfish and watched the boats. The only issue we had was the baby items displayed online were not in condition to use. They were stored in a room in the back of the house so we had to purchase a pak and play for the baby. I don't want to give a poor review on that one issue as it only applies if you are vacationing with a baby.

Beautiful Property, As Described
We had a great experience at this property! The pictures don’t do the decor/interior design/ and remodeling justice. Everything seemed very clean upon arrival which is obviously very important during Covid times! Our dog loved looking out the windows at all of the squirrels and birds in the backyard. The screened in porch is super nice as well as the fire pit. We almost had everything we could have needed there. I wish the house had kayaks for guests to use (I’ve been to some rentals like that). We definitely already want to visit this property again in the near future!

Great house right on the river!
My family and I rented the house for a week and we had a great stay! James was very friendly and helpful. The house is completely and beautifully renovated with an open floor plan, plenty of room, two living room spaces, and very clean. Lots of open space in the backyard. We ended up renting a boat, it’s a lovely 20 minute boat ride from the house to Lake Michigan. The screened-in porch was helpful to keep bugs out! The location is great, it’s close to downtown St Joe’s. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful! Overall, we were very happy and would definitely stay here again! Thank you :)
