Perfect Downtown St. Joe Spot
Communication with the property managers was superb via email and text - always a prompt, informative and polite response. The location was perfect, walkable to everything in downtown St. Joe, including the CKM, all of the shopping/eateries and Silver Beach. Very spacious and comfortable, including a large deck to enjoy anytime of day. We used it for bringing back breakfast from one of the many cafes on the block. Dog-friendly was definitely a huge plus. Parking was very easy, we used the all day lot behind the loft. Definitely a place to visit and stay again!

Loft experience
St Joe is a wonderful place for a quick getaway. Restaurants, staff, visitors in general and shop owners are great. However, this property was not ready to be leased even on a short term basis. Bedroom lacked window coverings and was bathed in street light at night preventing its use during our short stay. Television in bedroom was inoperable. No window coverings on patio side of loft either. Ice maker didn't work, no garbage can in unit for refuse, stairwell to loft was in very poor condition with broken threshold (safety issue) and poor lighting. Power failure occurred on entire building coincidentally when turning on the brand new electric oven to warm a food side dish. A resident living in an adjacent apartment stated in three years of living there the power has never failed before. Worst of all, there is no place reserved for parking. St Joe is a very popular destination, and we feel it should have been clearly stated that parking was only available in public areas. We were refunded $200.00 for this oversight, yet if we had known we would have to scramble for a public parking spot each time we used our vehicle it is doubtful we would have completed the lease of this property through VRBO. There is a parking area adjacent to this property, but it is owned by a private business and threats to tow are made. We were admonished about a noise ordinance, which apparently didn't apply to others as it was noisy very late. We vacated the premises early and without power.
