"Loved the Folie Deuce. The entertainment and public spaces are excellent—10/10. Breakfast was great. It is also an excellent base for skiing Brevent/Flegere. But our room felt as dark and unappealing as an 80’s motel room. The sauna was crowded and the spa, in general, was pretty unremarkable/dated. I am not sure if I would stay there again, but I would definitely plan on après ski or dinner at one the restaurants. It’s the best spot in town!"

"Excellent place to stay in the best part of Geneva, but room was very small and you have to be okay with controlling the lights, et al on a digital device/app. I loved the cheerful public space downstairs, and overall vibe. Breakfast was excellent."

"It's super close to the shopping mall—just a 15-minute walk. They give us free public transportation cards for all day. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby as well! The staff was great and the hotel was so convenient!! We will stay there again!!!!"

"Such a great hotel! Everything was modern, clean and new. The pool/sauna were great, even though the hot tubs were a little on the cooler side. If we come back to Chamonix we will definitely stay here again!"

"As an older female, and solo traveller, I found The Freddie Mercury Hotel to be very safe indeed. Conveniently located and easily accessibleat the end of the Montreux train station platform. "Good place to stay, love the reception staff, all super nice and speak different languages. There was some working around the hotel, but they did their best to accommodate our request for a quiet room, even letting us enter the room before check-in time. Apart from one morning without water that the hotel quickly fixed, I couldn't fault anything.
