"Great location, convenient layout, but only 1 toilet! For 4 adults it presented a great inconvenience. Both bathrooms were very small, but equipped with all necessary stuff. Kitchen is great, all appliances are in working condition. We enjoyed cooking and eating on the balcony around a big table. Place needs a good cosmetic upgrade. Otherwise our stay was great, communication was excellent, parking was available, and we appreciate all the efforts from the owner to make our stay comfortable."

We felt cleaning could have been better, the toilet was dirty on arrival If we visited Collioure again we would want to stay more central, more atmosphere. The apartment was well equipped and clean with very effective cooling fans in the bedrooms. Nicole was very helpful throughout and her property manager Danie also provided an excellent service. "Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was man vor Ort braucht. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit Besteck, Tellern, Pfannen usw. Gute Lage und Anbindung zu den Supermärkten. In 25 Min. ist man am Strand. Die Besitzer sind auch super lieb und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir nochmal nach Perpignan kommen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Wohnung. gut. Man kann alles sehr gut erreichen."
