"We absolutely loved Laura’s chalet. So authentic but with everything we needed including a washing machine and dishwasher. We loved the way the windows opened fully so we could enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains having breakfast. The top terrace was so lovely, with pretty nighttime lighting and views of the mountains. Beds were very comfortable. Photos don’t at all do it justice. Also loved Saint Gervais as a town to visit, wish we had stayed longer! "

"What can I say we absolutely loved the chalet it was perfect for us! We were cycling and the chalet location was fantastic for doing the mountains we wanted to tick off. The chalet was beautiful, clean and the hosts very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. What a beautiful part of the world, I would 100% recommend! :)"

"Le chalet est : . vétuste (salle de bain avec les joints jaunis, table de nuit cassée, vieux meubles, équipement ménagé ancien ,etc.. ) . aucune chaise longue pour la terrasse . les abords n'étaient pas dégagés (une entreprise à dû venir pour faire l'entretien) . la literie est de mauvaise qualité . une nouvelle résidence a été construite juste derrière le chalet, ce qui lui fait perdre l'intérêt de sa situation. En résumé, je ne conseille pas cette location/"

"We have just returned from Les Contamines. There were 2 families (4 adults and 4 children) and the space was excellent. The children particularly enjoyed the table football and table tennis. The communal space in the kitchen, lounge and dining area was large enough to cater for all of us . The beds were comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were immaculate with the added bonus of a bath, which the children enjoyed on their return from skiing. Charming rustic decor and ambience, with lovely touches like unusual candles; kitchen beautifully equipped - even a salad spinner - all appliances were top quality. "Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."

"This property is in a perfect location for accessing all of le Vieux Annecy! The breakfast is good and offers assorted breads, cheeses, salami, eggs, dried fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, and cereal. The parking is a little tight, and I recommend reserving a place in advance if your stay. The staff are very kind and helpful. I will stay here again, for sure! "
