Unfortunately, there is no AC in the rooms so we slept with the windows open and was woken up daily between 4.30am and 6am by the staff pushing laundry trolleys outside. The reception hasn't offer a solution i.e. changing the room. If I come back to this hotel, I will make sure they allocate the room on the highest floor. "
