Magnificent villa with pool in Grimaud

A beautiful house with a swimming pool on the edge of the wine village of Saint-Jean de Minervois. There is a pleasant living room with patio doors to the terrace. The separate kitchen diner is well equipped. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom for 6 people. This is ideal for families or a group of friends.

There is a restaurant in the village. You can order bread baked by the owner. A supermarket can be found in Aigues-Vives at 8 km. From the villa, you can enjoy long walks and a view of the Languedoc. You can also discover the area by bike or by boat.

The villa has its own grounds that are partially fenced. On clear days, you can see the Pyrenees from the sheltered terrace. There is a sun terrace by the pool, where the sunbeds are already waiting for you. The garden is ideal for children to play. The garage is equipped with a ping-pong table.

Due to the need for peace and quiet, the house is not rented out to groups of young people under 30. Swimming pool currently unavailable until the end of May 2022.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Gemietetes Haus für 2 Wochen im Juni 2024. Bei der Ankunft wurde schnell klar, dass vor unserer Ankunft alles schief gelaufen war, schmutzige Kleidung in den Schränken, unzureichende Reinigung, Schwimmbad nicht gereinigt und Filter verstopft, ... Das Haus ist in einem baufälligen Zustand, die Matratzen und Kissen sind verschimmelt, in allen Räumen ist Schimmel, alle Fliegengitter sind kaputt, die Wände und Türen sind dreckig, … Die Beschwerde wurde bei Belvilla eingereicht. Bei einigen Beschwerden wurde Flickenarbeit geleistet, der Rest wurde nicht beantwortet. Das Haus steht ebenfalls zum Verkauf, was höchstwahrscheinlich der Grund dafür ist, dass Belvilla die Beschwerden auf diese Weise bearbeitet hat. Schade, dass dies auf diese Weise noch zu vermieten ist. Sehr unglückliche erste Erfahrung mit Belvilla. Das Schwimmbad ist noch für Kinder geeignet, die Unterkunft ist jedoch nicht für Hunde geeignet, da wir in der Garage Rattengift gefunden haben und sich Ratten um das Schwimmbad herum befinden. Das Eingangstor lässt sich übrigens nicht schließen.

Wederom heerlijk genoten van dit prachtige huis met het mooiste uitzicht in deze regio. Nadat we vorig jaar ook geweest waren hebben we direct weer geboekt. Waarom: vanwege de ruimte, de privacy, weidse omtrek en het uitzicht. Tuurlijk zijn er altijd aandachtspunten, dat heeft ieder huis. Dit voelde voor ons weer als thuiskomen.

Vakantiehuis op heuvel omringd door verschillende buren die ook nog deel van de tuin bewerken. Te weinig privacy aan zwembad. Binnenin geen Zuid-Franse stijl, duidelijk Nederlandse eigenaar met dito niet verfijnde dekoratie. Wel goed ingerichte keuken maar douche in badkamer valt tegen met te flauwe waterstraal. Tijdens ons verblijf veel (storende wind) zodat de gevoelstemperatuur veelal lager ligt. Spijtig genoeg niet ons beste vakantiehuisje van de afgelopen 7 jaar.

Heerlijk huis, zeer mooie locatie. Huis met praktisch alle wensen die je zou willen voor een top vakantie! Tip: plaats ventilatoren in het huis op de slaapkamers. In de avonden en nachten was het heet tot zeer heet.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit mooie huis! Praktisch alles was aanwezig en de kinderen hebben zich geen moment verveeld! Schone mooie grote kamers! Overdag lekker in het zwembad of een van de omliggende dorpjes bezoeken. Huis ligt zeer privé waardoor je je ook echt helemaal vrij voelt! Tip: wellicht raadzaam om ventilatoren te plaatsen in de slaapkamers. Avonden en nachten waren warm tot zeer warm.

À notre arrivée, la maison était prête et les lits faits. Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette très jolie maison avec un beau et grand jardin ainsi qu’une belle terrasse spacieuse. La région est calme, idéale pour des vacances reposantes.

Wij hebben genoten van het goed geoutilleerde en gezellige huis, het zwembad ligt geweldig. Bijzonder was ook de tuin met een verscheidenheid aan planten en het geweldige uitzicht rondom het huis. De kinderen konden er heerlijk verstoppertje spelen. We hadden een dag matig weer maar toen was de pingpongtafel een uitkomst. Wat een geweldige wandelingen in de omgeving hebben we gemaakt. Als wij kunnen komen wij zeker terug!

Toevallig dat wij bij aankomst nog de Engelse schoonmaakster tegen kwamen. Deze heeft eea uitgelegd. Normaal hangt er een sleutelkluisje aan de buitenkant. Hadden dit graag eerder geweten zodat we niet zo vroeg hadden hoeven aankomen. Accommodatie in eerste instantie goed. Echter later blijken er toch enkele dingen niet op orde. Allereerst was de koelkast defect. Kan gebeuren maar bleek dat dit al bekend was. Nadat wij het gemeld hadden toch nog vier dagen op een koelkast moeten wachten. Niet wenselijk bij 35 + graden. Tevens is de tuin absoluut niet geschikt voor kinderen om in te spelen. Alleen maar stenen en grint. Hadden ook onze jonge actieve hond bij ons. Deze heeft enkele malen schade (gescheurde nagels, kapotte voetbedjes) opgelopen door de stenen/grint ondergrond. Verder was alles schoon op de garage na die stonk erg muf en was een grote spinnenrag. Badkamer in garage ook niet gebruikt muv de toilet bij hoge nood. Omgeving is schitterend en zeer rustig. Zwembad bij het huis is fantastisch.
