## Neighborhood
This charming flat is ideally located two steps away from the Nivelle river, right by a bicycle path. You'll be 10 minutes away from all commodities, and 20 min away by walk from the beach and the train station. If you'd like to visit the center of the city, you'll be able to discover the charming little streets, the market or the port. 5 min away, you'll also fin the Chantaco golf court. Thanks to the free buses, you'll easily be able to discover the Saint-Jean-de-Luz bay. Finally, you'll only be 15 min away by car from Spain.

From Biarritz airport → 20 min by car
