"Séjour très agréable dans le Family-Préfecture, un logement calme et spacieux, idéal pour famille nombreuse / voyage à plusieurs familles ou tout simplement entre potes. Parfaitement situé non loin du centre ville historique, encore plus près du centre commercant piéton (grandes enseignes), avec arrêt de tram et commerces de proximité au pied de la maison. Avec un peu de chance, votre voiture sera même garée en haut de l'impasse sur le petit parking consacré ! Logement propre et lumineux avec 3...

"Très bon séjour passé dans cette belle et grande maison ancienne, en plein cœur du centre-ville, entourée de commerces et à deux pas de la cité médiévale de Le Mans. Le parking souterrain, payant mais peu cher, dans la rue à 10 mètres et très pratique !Des petites améliorations concernant la propreté à apporter, mais sinon, tout était très bien !"

"An excellent hotel / apartment. Room was large, clean, comfortable and excellent facilities. Close to the old town too. One downside was the massive amount of roadworks nearby, but I’m sure they’ll be complete soon.."

Secure moto parking - bikes win

"First time at this hotel after many years at Le Mans 24h moto , very happy and we’ll be back , secure parking for the bike , great breakfast and all the staff were friendly and helpful - room was small ish but perfectly fine with a great shower . We shall book for next year Location is great for the main square and trams to the track . This was a good find "

"A lovely hotel with friendly staff and an excellent menu for dining. You need a taxi from the station, but once you are there it is walking distance to everything in this very interesting city. Tourist Information is very helpful too."
