"Large property within a quiet Village next to the Lake. The layout is a bit unusual but there are lots of rooms out houses and space. The stairs are probably not ideal for families or elderly people. We found a few broken items which suggest that the up keep isn’t as good as you would expect, a few broken chairs, broken glass, and the Kettle didn’t work on arrival but it was replaced quickly once we notified the property manager. "A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. "Nous sommes venu à 2 avec nos 2 chiens et avons passez un bon séjour. Le logement est très bien situé entre Annecy et Aix Les Bains, ce qui permet de visiter les environs sans faire trop de trajet. "Nous avons loué la maison pour une fete de famille, nous etions 9 adultes et 4 enfants. La maison est fantastique, dans un style vieux manoir, mais tout a fait confort, avec un jardin immense et un magnifique arbre en plein milieu. Le must: un acces direvt au lac devant le jardin. Le contact avec Marjolaine a été très simple et efficace. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!"
