"Although the spacious property is ageing a bit the location is perfect for anyone wanting tranquility within a short drive of Lake Annecy and its various beaches and other attractions. We loved being surrounded by the friendly dog, the horses, and the deer which come down out of the woods at night. Only problem was the double bed--mattress is rather worn and not good for our 60 year old backs."

"We loved our few days in the Faverges/ Annecy areas. The apartment is in a beautiful little hamlet of Faverges which is so quaint itself. We loved the weekly market and wandered the town soaking up the sun and mountain views. Away from the bustle of Annecy but an easy drive in. Would definitely recommend and stay again . Hosts very accomodating and the apartment well equipped with all we needed."

"This is an excellent property; the apartment is well furnished, very nice to be in, with a lovely view of the lake. Manon is great as are the rest of her family there and little Bosco. There are pleasant walks nearby and the scenery is super."

"Great place for groups or families. Positives fantastic pool hot tub steam room, beans in the coffee machine, WIFI, netflix, seating areas, BBQ, views, security, ambiance. Bath robes, Negatives. Not suitable for large vehicles ie camping car, on side of steep hill with difficult access must have car, no wc in master bed room, not all lights worked, disposing if recyclables, no tea towels or cleaning cloths, no pool towels. "Just 4 of us staying in the property so ample space! The property had everything we needed and it was great from the moment we stepped inside. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed all the outside seating at different times to esunatdoffering some shade"
