Our 48-50m2 apartment is ideal for a family or group of friends and features wooden accents and bright windows to start and end your day right! Only a 5-minute walk to the ski slopes of the Sybelles and a short drive to local activities. Relax in our indoor heated pool after a long day of skiing or hiking in the Savoie region.

This apartment comfortably sleeps 6 but can sleep up to 8 and includes:

• Bedroom: 1 Double bed (140x190), an alcove with 2 bunk beds (2x80x190). Bed linens are provided.
• Living Area: Pull-out Sofa for extra guests. Bed linens are provided. Enjoy the large TV.
• Bathroom: Two separate bathroom and WC areas. We'll provide you with the necessary bathroom linen.
• Kitchenette: Coffee machine, cooking hobs, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster is provided.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Residence le Hameau des Fontaines du Roi, where our space is conveniently located. These include:

• Access to the shared indoor pool
• On-site sauna (available for an additional charge)
• Ski locker
• Select units may be equipped with accessible features, including an accessible shower and WC - Please let us know if you require these features and we will do our best to accommodate you!

If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a tasty meal at L'Avalanche Restaurant, 10 minutes by car or grab your groceries at Sherpa Supermarché Saint Sorlin d'Arves which is also a 10-minute drive by car. See the sights while horseback riding or skijoring in the winter at Les Cavaliers Des Arves, only 10 minutes away by car! For guests not travelling with their ski equipment, rentals are available at the nearby Skiset, which offers a wide range of equipment for every level of skier or snowboarder. Upon booking with us, we will provide you with an exclusive Promo Code that will give you a great discount on ski rentals when you book in advance!

Heated indoor pool with massaging jets is open from 10 am to 7 pm​. Closed on Saturdays (for maintenance)

• Underground parking: €7/day and €30/week. There is also FREE outdoor parking available on-site (Limited to availability)
• Bed linen change: €10/bed/change
• Bath linen change: €8/person/change
• Sauna: €4/person/15 minutes
• Please note that Wi-Fi is only available at the RECEPTION
• Pet Fee: €10/day/animal and €45/week/animal
• Damage Deposit: €300 upon arrival
• Daily Tourist Tax: between €0.50 and €3, charged per person
• Enjoy access to the shared indoor pool from 10 am - 7 pm
• Store your skis in the ski locker, located in the entryway of your unit
• End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) is included for stays less than 5 nights! For stays of 5+ nights, guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for €112
