"This is a beautiful hotel. The housekeepers really are the star of the show here, the rooms are impeccably clean and they come to clean thoroughly every day. The amenities are very nice including the gym, the rooftop pool and the parking facilities (although they are a little hard to get to when you arrive). The location is great. Centrally located, walking distance to the old town, but still in a quiet location. The only cons are that it was a little more expensive than I wanted to pay and also the pillows are the most terrible pillows I’ve ever seen. I actually slept with a rolled up towel was better than the pillows. "

"ALL of the staff were GREAT- without exception. The food at both restaurants was great. The hotel was very clean, albeit a wee bit “dates” (for lack of a better term). Wish they had a pool. The other thing (as there are very few) that could’ve made my stay better was if breakfast was included, as breakfast was approximately $50 Canadian for two people. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to others."
