The pictures and descriptions just don't do this home justice:). My family and I had a wonderful time here. The golf cart was fun and my boys enjoyed the pool/ jacuzzi. The outside was just a perfect a the inside.

Excellent place to stay for fishing the Pine Island area' Very easy access to excellent fishing grounds. Room for two boats with an excellent lift for one. Clean and quiet.

This property did not disappoint. Spacious and clean accommodations. Easy access to the bay and the fishing was great. We saw manatees and a tarpon in the canal by the boat lift. We would definitely book this place again!

Great spot for bringing a boat!
First time staying in St James City and this place was perfect for 4-6 guests. We brought our boat and the dock area was perfect. Very close to restaurants and fun local bars. Great time!

Inshore fishing trip
Went down for a week of fishing. Hit a cold windy first few days and that slowed the bite. Overall had a great time the place was clean and spacious Our host luis was great!

Holiday meet up🌴
The house was perfect for our trip. It was only a 20 minute drive to the ferry dock where we met up with friends staying on North Captiva. The house was very comfy and cozy with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub both morning and at night. We were able to walk to the general store as well as to Froggys and Phizzy’s. Both places had good food and live music! It’s a quaint and quiet location. We would definitely stay again.

Best vacation ever!
We absolutely fell in love with this property! Luis and his family thought of everything! So well equipped, so comfortable. Access to canal for fishing was great. So peaceful and quiet. Restaurants a short golf cart away if we wished to eat out or go out for a drink. Bait shops were very close. Grocery and produce just a short car ride. This was definitely our most relaxing vacation! See you next year! Carol

Great place for boat owners
We choose this place because we wanted a place with a dock for our boat and good access to the Gulf. It was perfect. The house was larger than expected and the dock and boat lift was perfect. Our grandkids loved the swim spa. There was great access by boat to barrier island shell beaches. If your coming to fish, hunt shells or just boat ride and be outside this is the place.

Very spacious boater freindly paradise
Great place, so many amenities, massage chair, outdoor kitchen. Boat lift worked great, hot tub had a bit of mildew smell. Covered Parking for 2 vehicles or a vehicle and boat trailer. Very quiet neighborhood and golf cart sure was nice!

Great Place To Stay
Stayed here for a month. The property was just as listed. Great neighbor hood. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The owners left all instructions for the place so we didn't need to contact them for anything, Spent most of our time sitting outside watching for dolphins and got to see them everyday. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owners before our stay was great. Answered all questions in a timely manner.

One of the best paces we have stayed.
This vacations have set very high the bar! We had a unforgettable vacation and this property was perfect for us. Everything was clean and well organized. Luis was easy to communicate with, answered every question and always helped. All the amenities in the house were excellent! The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi, my in law loved the massage chair, the place was safe for our pets, the sunsets were gorgeous from the deck, the boat was safe in the slip. The area was beautiful, the beach excellent. We found wild animals every day, manatees, turtles, dolphins, birds and fishes. Our family had one of the best vacations time ever.

Independance Day get-away
I can't say enough good things about this property. The listing information and pictures were very accurate, and the house and grounds were very clean and comfortable. Very impressive just a few months after a devastating storm. I love St James City and visit there a few times every summer. I had seen this property listed before and had considered booking it, but the water access worried me as I was unfamiliar with the channel and canal leading to open water. As it turned out, it was no problem at all. Now that I know, this property will be high on my list for future visits. Communication with the owner was very easy. There was an issue with the A/C when we arrived, but Luis had it resolved before we returned from dinner, and we had no further problems. I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone.

One of my favorite vacation's ever!
Three adults in our party 50 plus. We loved this place! The kitchen has lots of stuff to cook with and a gas stove inside and outside. Two refrigerators with ice and water on the door. That made my day as we are big ice water consumers. The house is huge and the two main bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house so that was nice for privacy. It is beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We spent most of the time outside on the screened in porch when we were not out fishing. There is a tv and full kitchen out there. We cooked inside just because the kitchen inside is so nice. The spa tub was my favorite to be in at sunset and soak in the beauty. Lots of wildlife in the water of the canal and bird watching. They have a huge amount of waterfront being on the corner. It was very peaceful. The boat lift was awesome for us and the boat ramp is close by. The golf cart was fun for a quick trip to the store. There is a very nice fresh fish store there also with lots of yummy looking stuff. If you need fishing tackle there is a nice store for that also. We found some amazing spots to fish or beach it. It’s amazing how the island has recovered from the hurricane. This place is Tranquility!

Truly Amazing!
The house itself was great. It was spotless. There was a large open area including the kitchen, family room, and dining area, with plenty of a windows to give a view of the canal. The kitchen had new-high end appliances. We had never stayed in a manufactured home before so we were not sure what to expect. It was extremely specious with high ceilings. There is an enclosed lanai with plenty of seating and a TV. There is a long dock, with seating, allowing for fishing and watching the wildlife. Using the huge hot tub at the end of each day was perfect. By the dock is a gas grill and a charcoal grill. We would grill out every night while looking out over the water. We saw an amazing display of wildlife. There was a bald eagles nest a few doors down, 2 large and colorful iguanas would sunbath in a tree across the canal. We saw dolphins and even a few manatees swim by. There are 2 tiki bars a few blocks away and it was great to take the golf cart there. We wanted to take a family trip that seemed like we were visiting a tropical island, and this definitely was even better than we were imagining. Luis is a great host. He was friendly and very responsive to communicate with. I cannot recommend this property enough for anyone looking for an island getaway. My family can't wait to go back.
