Convenient
We had friends staying at the KOA and this property was in the park. We didn't have to find a hotel or deal with the Fort Myers traffic. Very clean, stocked with everything we needed and the hosts responded quickly to questions/comments. Only draw back was the shower was to low for us but the KOA shower building (three minutes to walk to) was very clean & well maintained. I would stay again!

I am not at all a picky person, but this property pushed my level of acceptance. Day of arrival required brooming the entire floor, and long standing grimey dust on fixtures. An overall lack of attention. Internet...be aware this is shared community internet with spotty signal at best. If you are near the club house (which this is not), then performance is great.

Permanent camper at KOA Pine Island Campground
Decorated super cute. Clean linens. Bed mattress comfortable. Fold out couch mattress not the most comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Could use a good deep cleaning. Air vents and floor corners very dusty. Seemed like frequently used surfaces were cleaned. Broken toilet seat needs replaced - cracked and not comfortable to sit on. Would be nice if outside area had some shade/awning. The campground facilities were well taken care of and staff were pleasant. The owner messaged me right back when there were questions. Overall, nice to place to stay.

Quaint little abode just right for 1 or 2 plus my 2 little Yorkies!
This is an older RV or mobile home that has been nicely updated inside. It is located toward the rear of the large KOA property along a small lake. The staff and property manager were helpful. The other guests were friendly and nice. It was clean and had all the essentials. The mattress was good and there was was a nice TV in the living area as well as the bedroom. The outside could use some updating and the skirting was missing here and there but all in all it was fine for me and my little dogs to stay for a few days while I had some construction going on at my house.

Great little place!
We totally enjoyed our stay. The trailer was cute and well equipped. My granddaughter loved to feed the birds on the lake in the morning. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful with things to do.
