"A small, but well equipped little cottage, ideal for a weeks holiday. The hamlet is picturesque, set in a great location with great views of the surrounding countryside. We enjoyed watching the horses that were in the field backing onto the property. The cottage itself was clean and well equipped, and had everything that we needed. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone vising the Brittany region."

"We loved the area where we were because we find the marshes inspiring with the bird life, the wild flowers, the big skies. In the gite, the Wifi is excellent, the garden shady in hot weather and the sheep quite fascinating."

"La maison est très agréable pour un séjour en famille nombreuse avec le grand salon et la cuisine ouverte, les chambres confortables et bien insonorisées. La piscine couverte et la salle de jeux sont parfaites pour des ados. Nous avons apprécié l'environnement en pleine nature et le passage de chevreuils dans le champ en face du gîte. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour."

"Alan and Mandy have put themselves into creating properties and surrounding space fit for nature lovers and those who love the french experience. Beautiful, well equipped, comfortable gites with space around to explore and watch nature. They are situated in an area that offers much of interest to all age groups. Their suggestions of places to visit, things to see etc are helpful and enhanced our stay. It is the sort of place you would consider visiting again for another "fix" of rural France."

"Malgré une météo souvent peu favorable, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances à Plessé et dans les environs. Accueil sympathique. Logement très agréable et bien aménagé, adapté pour chaque membre de la famille, y compris personne âgée et à mobilité réduite. Animations et sorties variées sans devoir aller trop loin."

A souligner, des emplacements de rangements sont prévus pour nos affaires, ce qui est rarement le cas dans les locations de vacances. "Alan and Mandy were excellent hosts, even helping us to print our train tickets, and giving us some milk when I mistakenly bought fermented milk (ugh!). The house was exactly as portrayed on the listing, very spacious, quiet, but close to amenities. Loved it!!!"

They met us on arrival and Danielle had gone to the trouble of creating a local attractions list and map, which was really helpful as we hadn’t visited the area before. We were invited around for drinks on the terrace once we had settled in. Mike brews his own beer. This warm welcome was extended to other evenings if we desired.
