"This place was wonderful! It was spotless, comfortably warm (early spring), breakfast was great. The owner is absolutely delightful. There was even a place to park the car. Wonderful bathroom with shower. And for us most importantly, it was quiet. The stars were beautiful at night too. We plan on returning."

"We had a warm and friendly welcome, helped by our ability to speak French (Paul and Genevieve admit that they have very little English!). Be prepared with provisions and fuel when you arrive as the nearest shops are some distance away and likely to be closed at inconvenient times (for the English at least!). The only road into the village (3 houses!) is long and very narrow, testing the driver's manoeuvring skills in the unlikely event of on-coming traffic. We arrived at the start of Autumn with...

"Vacances au calme dans au centre d'un petit village typique de la Haute Loire, proche des sentiers de randonnée et des spots de baignade. De nombreuses visites de villes et villages dans les environs. Maison bien adaptée à notre famille avec grands enfants et neveux, moins bien adaptée à notre chien qui aurait nécessité un grand jardin clôturé.
