"2 hours before arriving I tried to contact property to warn that we would arrive after 7pm. Owner wouldn't pick up the phone and texted me that reservation was cancelled. Weekend of the 15th of August, with a 3.5yo and a 4 months. Nice. Owner helped with relocation that's why I do not put the badest."

"This place has plenty of room for up to six people, safe parking, a great view and many very good amenities (pool, kitchen, ping pong table, clothes washer). However, the English listing on VRBO needs to be updated and clearly outline the extra fees when on property. There is no air conditioning or clothes dryer (remove these from listing). "Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."
