Maison agréable et fonctionnelle cependant bruyante
La maison est (presque) conforme à l'annonce, agréable et fonctionnelle. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour. Quelques remarques cependant: - L'annonce n'est pas très claire quant au fait qu'il n'y ait qu'un wc, qui plus est dans une salle de bains. Pour un groupe de 11 personnes, ce n'est pas suffisant. - Le jardin est arboré et permet de cacher la route qui passe devant. Celle-ci est très passante et relativement bruyante. D'autant que la terrasse principale (table de repas) et les chambres donnent dessus. Le double-vitrage est bon, mais dès que les fenêtres sont ouvertes c'est bruyant. - A noter que l'accueil par la conciergerie à l'arrivée n'a pas été très sympathique: nous avions donné un horaire approximatif d'arrivée qui à notre sens a été respecté (entre 16h et 16h30. Arrivée 16h31). L'accueillant, certainement stressé par la gestion des arrivées et départs multiples, a été désagréable au téléphone. N'oublions pas que faire de la route ne permet pas une science exacte (ralentissements, embouteillages, arrêts, enfants, imprévus), et que ce sont les vacances ! Quoiqu'il en soit, il a su trouver une solution, et le séjour s'est bien passé.

Maison en bord de route. Manque d entretien général. Barbecue sale. Fuite véranda et paredouche. Dommage pour cette belle maison très agréable malgré cela.

Très grande maison, idéale pour 10 personnes, nombreux couchages confortables. Cependant , 1 seul toilette et une seule douche ce qui est insuffisant pour 10 personnes. La maison avait-elle été louée avant ?? Car très poussiéreuse et semble peu entretenue à l’extérieur. Nuisance sonore sur la terrasse de devant en lien avec le trafic routier. Le séjour à malgré cela été agréable car maison proche des commerces et de la plage.
