Gorgeous Marsh Views!

Xanadune is our wonderful eclectic 80's beach cottage on beautiful Harbor Island. Enjoy panoramic views of the marsh and Atlantic ocean from the huge living room and the cozy glassed in Carolina room. The house is private and secluded with the beach and pool only a quick bike or golf cart ride away.

3 large bedrooms offer plenty of space for up to 7 people. The large kitchen opens up to the living room and dining area making for wonderful family memories.

Out back is a nice deck and fenced in area.

Harbor Island is a wonderful private island with a large community pool, tennis courts, fishing docks, kids playground and fitness area. The neighborhood streets are bike and golf cart friendly. Harbor Island's private beach is wide and sandy with calm waters and tidal pools. You can also use our yearly pass for Hunting Island State Park to enjoy surfing the waves and climbing the light house.

** Pet fee is $200 per booking. Please add it to your reservation.

** Please note that the cost of the first vehicle parking pass is included in the booking . Any additional vehicles will need to pay $20.00 for the first night (plus $10 for each additional day).

Wonderful vacation on Harbor Island. Keith and Gina were great hosts. This is the third time we have stayed at their lovely home. Perfect place to stay. Many activities and a great beach. Will go back again.

Relaxing Summer Get-Away to Harbor Island

Wonderful Home

Very nice property
Upon arrival, we found the house to be comfortable and clean. The house sets on the marsh, and the wildlife were abundant. Beach is a short golf cart ride. Admission to state park was included and was a bonus. Worth the stay.

Just as beautiful a 2nd time!
We stayed here over Christmas and loved it. There is plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 teenage daughters). The kitchen has everything you need. The closed in porch was our main spot when it rained. We used the pass to the state park and enjoyed that! Definitely hope to stay again. Highly recommend!

Summer celebration
I loved the house! This vacation was a graduation celebration for me, as well as a fun trip before my 13-year-old begins 8th grade next week. I was nervous about the location; however, the golf cart made the trip to the beach the quickest we had ever had! My family & I will be back!

Great week!
We loved our stay in this home. The location can't be beat...privacy and a gorgeous view! The beds were comfortable, and we had enough space to spread out when desired. The Carolina room and golf cart were highlights! Unfortunately, in the past year we have discovered our kids are allergic to dogs, so we won't be able to rent this house again - fur was on the carpet and some on the furniture. Otherwise we would be repeat customers! Thank you for an amazing week!

Nature Lover’s Dream
We couldn’t have been happier with our month stay at Zanadune . The house is spacious , clean , comfortable , and has the most magnificent views of the marsh / ocean . We spent many hours enjoying the view from the Carolina Room and the main living area . The use of the golf cart made trips to the beach and pool a breeze . We also appreciated the pass to Hunting Beach State Park . We went many times during our stay . Communication with the owners was great . They were very gracious hosts . The island is so lovely , a bird lover’s paradise . It isn’t far from historic Beaufort and Port Royal . We enjoyed tours and visited many nice restaurants in the area . We can’t wait to stay again , the house was perfect for our needs .

Eclectic Paradise
We stayed here while the new home we we're building in the area was being completed. This place is very eclectic, as stated in the listing, but it is also fantastic!!! I felt like at was at my Grandma's house back in the 80's, which was a pleasant surprise. It's very spacious, which was great for our family, including our 2 fur babies. They loved running around the fenced yard. The home is very clean and well-stocked. Use of the golf cart is a huge plus! And the view of the marsh and ocean is unbeatable!!! Great hosts as well! Highly recommend!!!

Perfect for birders
This is the third time we stayed here. It a wonderful place to watch the sunrise and the birds. In the morning herons, egrets, and ibises fly from their roosts to where they will spend the day. In the evening they returned. I counted several hundred at a time. We really enjoyed the house and the location.

This house has amazing views of the marsh and beaches with Hunting Island State Park. The house is very comfortable and clean and the Florida porch off the back is perfect for relaxing The host is extremely nice and accessible had an amazing stay

Third stay- always great!
My family of 4 has been to this house twice before. We like it so much that we brought friends this time. 3 couples very comfortably fit in this house. The kitch/living room space is so great for big dinners and games and relaxing. We always enjoy the state park access. Everything is clean and nice!

Lovely beach house; had to leave too soon!
This house is excellent. The Carolina Room on the back has lovely views of the marsh and great A/C. Golf cart is a fun add. Island is big enough to bike around and enjoy yet small enough to feel cozy and homey. Includes a pass to nearby Hunting Island State Park, which has great beaches. Only bummer is that we had to leave five days early due to Hurricane Debby, and the bed in the main bedroom wasn't super-comfy (though it is large!). Lots of space to put your stuff, lots of amenities for people and dogs, and a fun vibe overall. We hope to come back, perhaps not during hurricane season.

Perfect beach week!
My family had a great time! The house was just right for my us. It was super clean and the beach was only a short golf cart ride away. We especially loved the sunroom - we got up every morning in time to fix our coffee and watch the sunrise over the marsh. Thank you!!

A great place for birdwatching
The house has a great view of the marsh. We especially enjoyed watching the birds typically found in a marsh. While we were there we also enjoyed beautiful views of sunrise. This place is perfect for those wanting a quiet retreat to enjoy nature.

Relaxing with beautiful views
We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Marsh! The golf cart was a plus for getting to the pool, beach and around within the community; however, could not get to any restaurants close by without car. There was some great barbq served at the gift shop by the pool though! The house had great views and it was cool watching the water come in at high tide. Had a plumbing issue with toilet in hall bathroom that was addressed but not repaired during our stay. Hopefully that was fixed for future guests. We loved Huntington Island State Park and appreciated the pass to get in. Beautiful pet friendly beach without the crowds! Was unable to try the Shrimp Shack this time; however, Another Slice is very close and would highly recommend their homemade meatball sub! Publix does deliver groceries but not a wide selection of restaurants that deliver. Ladys Island and Beaufort are close by and have lots of restaurants to choose from. All in all a great place with comfortable beds and beautiful views. Loved the sunroom!

Great Stay - Really Enjoyed It
2nd time I have stayed at this property. You can't beat the sweeping views and comfortable environment, both inside and out. I'd also like to point several improvements, large and small, from the last time I stayed (for anyone who previously stayed but hasn't visited recently): This is what I've noticed, big and small: --A/C in the sunroom. Makes it far more tolerable --Outdoor shower installation --New, significantly improved outdoor charcoal grill --Hunting Island State Park Season Passes --More efficient media/entertainment center design. --Binoculars in the dining area to enhance a great view. Brilliant! Overall, very pleased with the stay.
