Fripp Island - VIEWS! New Premium Private Beach Villa, Main Level, Pet Friendly

Completely gutted (down to the studs) in 2022! We have owned properties on Fripp Island since 2005. We are excited to share this everything new property with you!

We have the perfect spot in unit #158 in the Beach Club Villas – RIGHT across the street from the beach, pool, and food! Stunning views of the canal and marsh from the Private Screened Porch. First floor, END-UNIT which means privacy, plenty of windows, and the most square footage of any Beach Club Villa units! Our lovely home can sleep 5. It's ideal for a family that wants to be steps from the beach and close to everything. The first-floor location makes it convenient for seniors or anyone not wishing to navigate a lot of stairs.

Guest Bedroom – Queen Bed AND Twin Bed

Hall Bath -- Tub/Shower to service the guests

*PLEASE NOTE! 7-day, Saturday to Saturday, Rentals ONLY in the Summer (Memorial Day-until school starts). Monthly quotes available for November through March -- just reach out for a quote.

We love to walk on the beach with our dogs! Dogs have been in this home. Our cleaners do a FABULOUS job of cleaning our villa, however, if you have strong pet-allergies, this may not be the place for you. If you want to share your Fripp experience with your dog, they are welcome in our home! Dogs are allowed at this property -- 2 dogs only. $150 extra fee for each dog.

All of the island amenities (golf, tennis, pools, restaurants, bike rentals, etc.) are owned by the Club. In order to use these amenities, you have to be a Club member or a guest of a Club member. We are Club members and can purchase guest cards for you for an additional fee. The prices are set by the Club and vary depending on the time of year and length of stay. Rates are $50/card for a summer week or $35/card for non-summer rentals. Guest Cards are REQUIRED for anyone 13 years old or older.

If you want a golf cart or bike to get around the island, we recommend booking your rental with the Fripp Island Excursions and Rentals. They are on the island, have MULTIPLE options, and can service the cart/bike immediately if necessary. Off-island vendors are also available such as Sutcliffe and Sea Island Cart Rental. Be sure to reserve a gas golf cart. There are no charging stations in the parking lot.

Enjoy fishing or crabbing on the private dock right out the back door, reserved specifically for Beach Club Villa guests!

The Villa was beautifully decorated and inviting. The screened in porch was such a nice place to start the morning and end the day. Attention was paid to all the details. We were there during Hurricane Helene and experienced a power outage. There was a box of lanterns, flashlights and candles! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Perfect Family Getaway!
This was our 2nd time staying at this villa! It is a great location.....just a quick walk across the street to get to the beach! The villa was very clean and had everything that our family of five needed! Love the peaceful screened-in porch! This was also our first time bringing our two pups.....Bailey and Sadie! We made wonderful family memories and look forward to our next trip!

Super clean, comfortable, updated villa in perfect mid island location. Very short walk to the beach and Beach Club area. Lovely view from the screened in porch overlooking the canal. Loved everything about our stay.

We had a great time for our first stay on Fripp island. The condo is exactly as described. It was clean, updated, and comfortable. Also, Great that we can bring our dog! The condo is centrally located to the pool areas and beach access across the street.

Great place to stay at Fripp!
This was our first time visiting Fripp and I chose this home based on other reviews. It was an awesome location right in the middle of everything, it was very clean, the renovations were lovely, and we had everything we needed. Our fur baby got to come too and she loved seeing the dear right off of our back porch. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Centrally located and so nice! Came with linens, towels, beach towels, two chairs, WiFi, plates, utensils, washer and dryer, first floor level so it was super convenient to get set up and leave too! I would recommend bringing games or things to do if it rains.
